Sears Home Service/ Barbara and Daryl did a great job in all facets of their work in replacing my Heater/Air Conditioner system. I would highly recommend Sears Home Services if I needed any further jobs done.

Fabiana G. was very good. She was on time, knowledgeable, upfront, explained every step of the process & answered every question. Sears' AI interface is AWFUL starting with scheduling services, ensuring all services are added correctly and verifying how much I would have to pay. There's NO WAY TO TALK TO A PERSON FOR HELP! I HATE YOUR AI SYSTEM!!

Overall, the problem was a thermostat issue. The AC have went out about 5 days ago. It took some time to diagnose, but in the end we got a new thermostat. The technician was on top of things. He was very easy to work with. The problem was resolved finally.
