Air Conditioner Service
Michael located the problem as to why the unit was not cooling. Explained what he found to me and Robert his trainee. Very professional. Contacted his manager when the problem was outside of why he was here. Very thorough. Checked the vents and the outside unit. Made sure the unit was cooling before his departure. Answered all of my questions patiently.
