I was very pleased with the technician and the work he done to get my air conditioner working properly and the time frame he got it done. He was very knowledgeable of the unit and knew what he was doing. He also gave me a call and a time frame when he would arrive. I hope my unit don't stop working properly but if it do I surely wound like to have the same technician to do the job. Thanks

Audrey, taught us how to keep the AC up and running especially during summer time. The air filter was replaced for better air quality. I didn't realize that I haven't changed it in 6 months. She was thorough and she encouraged us to call for future services within the allowed window.
