Though when asked he told me he was not experienced with Enerson thermostats, he was able to get my A/C running. I am not happy that I had to wait 10 days for service.

When I called for aervice, I told the scheduler my air conditioner and heater work but there is no air, hot or cold coming out of the air vents. Instead of sending an air duck specialist. You send a heater repair person. He told me Sear should have sent an air duck person. Disappointed

He did an excellent job. The appointment services did the worst job. I was given an appointment on 9/7/2024 with a window time of 8am-12 noon only to be postponed to 9/92024 with the same window time but again postponed the ff day unfortunately when i called they said there is no tech assigned to my place so, it was postponed the following day, fortunately Sergio came.
