Mr. Severino represented Sears professionally by focus on Carrier Thermostat black-out problem that clause 4-weeks without heat in two-level home. He identified problem and fixed it in one home visit unlike previous Sears technician over 3 weeks.

The tech was great but It took two weeks to get my heating repaired by sears. There is no way to communicate with customer service and all responses are automated and through text messages. Very poor cutomer service.
