I had the best experience with my HVAC technician through SEARS Home Warranty by Cinch. Angel was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly explain the troubleshooting process and made sure I understood everything. His caring attitude and attention to detail really stood out. This was by far the best service I've received since being with SEARS Home Warranty. Highly recommend!

The first thing I liked is that Richard called me a few times to update me on his arrival time which I appreciated. He was very thorough in diagnosing my issue which turned out to be a defective thermostat. He immediately replaced and tested it before he left. Richard was very pleasant and professional.

Severino came to our house to clean up after a different Sears technician. The other technician lied (he said our UV light for our HVAC was no longer working, and refused to reinstall it after uninstalling it). Severino checked the light, made sure it worked, got full authorization from our warranty company, came back and installed it in 10 minutes. Fantastic experience.
