Excellent A/C technician! Erick arrived and cordialy greeted us. We took him to the outside A/C unit. Then to the inside air handler unit. He analyzed the problem, explained what was wrong, resolved the problem, and then explained what he had done. The best part was it's covered by the Sears maintenance contract! Good reason for choosing Sears appliances for the past 35 years. Hope to see Erick again for the annual maintenance.
