Tech was great

With that said - scheduling to get the tech in was the worst. I always sweared by Sears service - now I swear at it. Albert was sent out on May 21 to check out the problem with my air-conditioning system. He realized that the system had a leak in it and he didn't have the Freon to recharge the system. He rescheduled me for June 12 the earliest he could get me in on June 12. She has canceled my appointment without telling me and rescheduled me for a week later. Unacceptable.

Jayshawn was personable, quick, and clean. However, the services he provided have not made a difference. There is no difference in the functionality of our AC unit, and the house still stays fairly hot.
