Overall, the problem was a thermostat issue. The AC have went out about 5 days ago. It took some time to diagnose, but in the end we got a new thermostat. The technician was on top of things. He was very easy to work with. The problem was resolved finally.

I was well pleased with the time and the professional way Fabiana installed the parts needed to repair the furnace. I could tell from our conversation that she had top notch training to do her job well the first time. I also have to give Jermaine props for his part in the furnace repair also. Job well done by them both.
