Sean arrived early and went to work. He explained what he was doing. Checked several parts and found out the problem. Did his recommendation to Choice and I am waiting to hear back on how they are going to solve my issue. Unfortunately it could not be resolved today but I am happy that Sean explained how and what needed to be done. I look forward to seeing him soon. You sent a great technician.
