Technician Robert C updated his ETA all day so I knew the time he would arrive at my home from the Sears home services link provided regarding the appointment and he called me to let me know he was on the way. I appreciate the energy and he did not rush. He checked the unit from the attic and outside, let me see the temperature of the heat from the vents, and answered all my questions about heating and cooling. Gave me some better insight as well on the thermostat and it's not a 'do it yourself job' like marketing will have u think if u want to switch to a programmable one. I am more than pleased with Robert C!

Furnace repair
Mr. Ramos was extremely professional. He work consistently I did his best to restore heat. however, my furnace is in need of a new motor because the motor keeps failing. I am a very elderly woman, 93 years of age, and I find it very difficult to be with out heat. Mr. Ramos, and his report, noted. that it was essential for me to have the heat. He reported that a motor must be found immediately. I cannot wait drama credit to your company.
