Steven returned to identify and repair an issue the first service technician rescheduled because it would take too long to evaluate. He diagnosed, ordered parts, and returned a week later to fix the issue. Kudos!!

u made me a Friday appointment and i did not hear from you until Monday night to tell ma that i had an Tuesday appointment. The Fridays appointment from 8am until 5pm requiring me to set hom and not go anywhere. When albert came he very very nice and did the work quickly as possible

Finally A technician shows up. Wilner. Explained problem to Wilner. He checked the AC unit, found slow leak, Charged the system up. Also Wilner explained everything as he was doing it and why. However upset with Sears appointment system. Both talking to a person who got the Listings wrong, equipment wrong and service needed wrong. Then trying to fix the the problems with the AI Three appointments cancelled by technicians not showing up and Sears billing Twice.
