Service not complete!!!!
AC temp inside is showing 76 degrees at 9:45pm and now th upstairs AC is not working. Tech replaced 2 capacitors on downstairs unit but it's still not cooling and the upstairs AC is blowing only hot air when it was working fine before the tech worked on the downstairs unit. Need to come back to fix immediately. Left a voicemail for the tech to address problems but have not heard back.

Worst service ever
After 15 cancelations, the air conditioner still does not work! James installed the new coil, only to find it leaking after soldering it in. He finally said verbally that the unit needed replaced, but would not put it in writing for me. Instead he called it in and told me that his boss would get in touch with me in 48 hrs. That was Monday August 7th. It is now Friday August 11th.

Could not resolve the issue
He came to fix my air conditioner but he could not fix the issue . He only tired to guess and do the repair. He is not knowledgeable about how To repair

Terrible experience
The work order was out in on 07/01 for an AC repair that still isn't fixed. This technician specifically missed finding the issue on the 1st visit, spotted the issue and ordered parts on the 2nd visit, and then never showed up for the 3rd.

Worse experience!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND
The entire experience has been absolutely horrible. The 1st day he did not arrive within the window time kept getting pushed back again and again. When finally showed the following day after pushing the time back again he seemed uninterested in doing any of the work. Said I can purchase my thermostat for cheaper because the store he needed to go tho was closed, only to find out I was not able to purchase it cheaper. He said he'd be back Monday I called him on Monday told him to get the thermostat before he came back, again never showed then pushed my appt back until Friday. When he arrives on Friday he does not have the thermostat says he has to call for approval. Calls his manager Lee who says no I as the customer has to get it because the thermostat is to expensive. Me and granddaughter ask to speak to Lee while the technician is on the phone. The tech acts like he doesn't want us to touch his phone we said he can leave it on speaker Lee then proceeds to hang up the phone when he heard us ask to speak to the manager. I'm then wondering what exactly he thought he was coming out to do today, I ask him and he says I don't know. I went over 2 weeks without one of those during the heat wave only to still not have it fixed and now have to contact another company. I do not recommend, from the customer service team on the phone to the technicians to the management. Super unprofessional

Ac technician
He could not fix the problem. My two thermostat were installed and removed without solving the problem of my Hvac.its not working at least for more than 8 weeks now.

What a joke
He didn't do any service . Not a tool or a ladder taken out of his van. He stated that he refuse to do service because they were under staff. He even told me why they build two story homes in wegas. Thanks to your service tech ALEX I filed a complaint with my home insurance, choice home warranty AND BARRED SEARS HOME SERVICE FROM EVER ENTERING MY PROPERTY.
