Schedule
This is not a bad review of John, he did a great job. My complaint is with the website schedule and actual schedule. Website told me arrival time was 9am. John got there at 3:15pm. There is a huge disconnect between online schedule and actual.

A/C still not fixed, pls help, we know it's it Edwin
The technician showed up with the wrong part for our carrier AC air conditioner. The initial technician, Christopher. told Choice that that was the wrong part, so here we are again no air with a 24 or 48 hour return notice. Please help us get our AC fixed please, we're begging you. Our home is still uncomfortable hot🔥😞

Omar's skills questionable
Omar really didn't seem to know what he was doing said the only reason for Zane to replace the capacitor is because how expensive the one he put in was. That to me made no sense

AC still not woeking
I filed a claim with Choice home warranty on July 8 about issues with my AC and thermostat. On July 20th your rep came by and said the issue is thermostat. He asked me to go buy a new one which I did. That didn't work. Then another tech came and said the issue is with the board. He brought a used board and that didn't work. Then he said the issue is with the breaker box and I need an electrician. The electrician came and AC still doesn't work. I have no AC. I need someone to come back ASAP!

Horrible
The technician barely did anything. He refused to go to the basement where part of the issue was, and kept saying he has to get a contractor to come out. Waste of time and extremely disappointing given the circumstances.

We are not happy at all. This is the third time someone has come out and looked and said the units need to be replaced and nothing has been done. What next. You scream for the monthly payment but when something goes wrong. Nothing, no service.

Four time sears came to repair. After they left with few hours same problem. Comes back and shut off ac. On the thermostats shows system fault, 84- High, pressure, lockout 4H.

Worst company ever
I do not know where should I start for this. The first appointment was June 28 and today is August 15 th. They are telling me just they received the part. I tried to call them many times to see when they will come back to do repair, nobody other side of the line like a fake company. I found other company they did replacement same day so Sears wasted my 40 days and messed up my health Please stay away from this guys

Couldn't solve the issue if AC not cooling
Mathew was sent by Sears, a vendor of Choice Home Warranty, to resolve the AC not cooling issue we reported. After his first visit, which was 3 weeks after opening a claim, AC cooled for a day and then it stopped cooling again. Hence, we had to reopen the claim. Second time, 2+ weeks apart, he was a no-show for the appointment. Third time, another 2 weeks later, the technician came to the doorstep and never entered the house or inspected anything. Told the tenant he will be back and left. He informed the Choice Home Warranty that the claim is now resolved with the resolution that the issue requires a plumber. His Final resolution: He has diagnosed the issue and concluded that the unit requires a plumber. Conclusion: AC is still not cooling. Hence, the issue is prematurely marked as resolved. We are very disappointed with Sears and CHW's service. The only time he diagnosed anything is during his first visit. Then, what was the purpose of the other two appointments? Why couldn't they communicate this resolution without any scheduled visit when we reopened the claim that the issue is not resolved.
