Poor Service
Employee changed the filter, looked at the thermostat and left. In and out of home in less than 10 minutes. Didn't perform any PM. Unacceptable.

Horrible
He was lazy. Did not want to do the complete job. Wanted to cut corners. Was upset when I requested that he vacuum unit. It took 15 minutes to clean air conditioning and furnace. (I timed him) complete waste of money. I would suggest to go to a reputable company instead. He deserves zero. But can't give zero stars

Tech Never Came or Called! Poor Service
Sears tech first came out on 8-18-23 for our AC, he was not here for more than 30 minutes. Just documented that we had low Freon and added them. Did not bother climbing up the attic to test or check the unit in the attic to make sure it's working. Told me to wait a few hours (5) before using AC. Waited and turned on, no cold air and nothing flowing out of the vents. We rescheduled appointment and same tech came out on 9-1-23 and he did climbed up the attic this time and said we have bad coils with leak and that he will request for coil replacement. We scheduled this appointment 2 WEEKS ago for today, which was scheduled between 8-5pm thinking that coils had be requested would be replaced. Got email notification from Sears, that tech was coming today. Being waiting all day for tech. No calls or text from tech. Just received email update from home warranty at 1pm, stating that they just approved tech's request to replace the coils and are waiting for the tech response with information on the unit specifications to order and replace. So tech never turn in request to replace the coils that was supposed to be done 2 weeks ago and used today's appointment just to turn in this request and approval from our home warranty? He never showed up today. So now we have to wait another 2-3 weeks for him/Sears to come back? I will never use or recommend Sears to anyone. You deserve a Zero star if there was one.

Poor provider
This person came to our house to check out the AC unit that has the periodic knocking noises and runs loud. He came out of his truck went to the AC and without even turning a screw; he said "your AC unit is fine" and left. He didn't bother with any diagnostic checks or internal inspections, he simply said all is good and left. This is probably not the best AC repairman to select for your home.

Problem not solved - paying for a separate AC provider
I bought this service hoping it would help me in the event my appliances go out I'd have support. Sadly, the technician arrived and didn't detect the issue.. which was a faulty contractor on my condenser. I've already solicited the help of an electrician (as this technician said it was likely an issue with the furnace electrical - which it wasn't) and another AC service technician who will be fixing the additional issue. I'd like my money back from this appointment and to cancel my service agreement for regular support. Very disappointed...

AC Unit
Awful experience. The first technician was not familiar with a dual thermostat with emergency heat settings. 2nd tech reprogrammed the thermostat and afterwards my house would not cool. Mind you I'm in TX where temps have been over 100*. I had to pay another company to come out and fix their mistakes. Never again will I use Sear's.

Had technician out here 2 days ago and went downstairs today to see there is water leaking all over by furnace and the furnace door is not completely closed and water is leaking inside it. Called to get a tech out here and they cannot get anyone out here today.

Disappointed
Technician was extremely rude. When arrived was at the door on personal FaceTime for 20 minutes arguing with person on the other line. When entered the home appeared to be in a rush. Overall, the technician was very rude and displayed poor customer service
