The AC unit is still not working and is still leaking. I need repair immediately as I've gone weeks waiting for this appointment and unit not working properly. Rami himself is very professional but Sears lacks sufficient staff.

Sears Sent Wrong Technician

On Friday, May 17, the Sears' phone representative located in China, scheduled an incorrect Sears Technician to take care of my Sears Protect HVAC free benefit for a "cooling tune-up maintenance". On Monday, May 20th, two different Sears' technicians called on the phone. Neither one of them came to the house to provide the HVAC "cooling tune-up maintenance". Their job was to only repair window air conditioners. Ward, the second technician, told me he had taken care of the situation and that the "repair department" would be calling me later that day (or the next day) to reschedule the correct technician. I never received a call either day! So around 4pm on May 21st I called the Sears Protect Warranty people and the following occurred: It took me 2 hours (with 5 department people "transfers" --- 4 of them located in South East Asia) on Tuesday, May 21st to try to correct the situation. I WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL!!! I then called the Sears Protect Agreement Benefit Department again the morning of Wednesday, May 22nd (only had to talk to 2 different people) to finally (HOPEFULLY) correct the situation.

No show, no call, just sent an invoice

Boo. Poor communication. They decided not to come but forgot to communicate that. I stayed home from work waiting and learned they wouldn't be coming minutes before they were supposed to arrive. Used my vacation time for a no show, no communication. Lame

Technician Never Showed Up

I have been left without heat for a week and the technician never called or showed up today. I had to miss work and now I am being rescheduled a week out. I still do not have heat.

Tech showed up ask to see the heating unit. I told him it was on the roof. His response was oh I can't get to that he looked at it in disbelief that a heating unit was on the roof and then left. Not once did he get a tool out or ask how everyone else gets up there. I hope your company fails just as hard as actual Sears did.

wasted time

ordered a part and it took more than a month. When the technician revisit with the part and he said it looks like it's not the part issue without even replace it.

Not fixed

Still not fixed tech. Told me to touch hose to see if hot and it was hot when he was here 30 minutes he stayed and hot went out a couple hours later touch the hose when I came back cold so isn't working I realize he can't stay all day but it's cold again sometime the tech is not looking at again problem not fixed .

Coil still dirty

Suppose to perform a tune up & clean coil unit. Told me me didn't have any coil cleaner with him. Only brushed the dirt off the coil, left the dirt all around the bottom of the coil unit where the unit can just suck all the dirt back in it. Horrible job..SEARS IS NO GOOD ANYMORE. THEY JUST SEND PEOPLE OUT TO LOOK AT APPLIANCES ETC & DO NOTHING BUT CHARGE YOU MONEY. I HAVE PICS OF THE DIRT LEFT AROUND MY AC COILS.
