he never came back to my house
hung told me that the furnace motherboard had burned out and he would bring another one to replace that and fix the furnace. Furnace has not been fixed. We've been waiting almost 20 some days close to a month to get the furnace fixed and some heat.

Didn't do anything
Maybe not his fault, but when he was on the way, late afternoon, asked what the issue I was having. I was getting a new AC installed and he said he doesn't do that. Said he would contact other tech and call me back…believe or not he didn't call back - no surprise

Horrible
This is the worst service ever. On the first visit, the technician had no idea what's wrong with the unit. After 2 cancellations, on the third visit he called and said the floor needs to be secured. I sent him pics showing it is screwed down. Still waiting

Sears Warranty Tecnician Never Showed Up
If you wish to read the blogs as well as benefit from my experience, I suggest that you avoid Sears Master Protection Warranty Services entirely and instead, seek out a local repair service with an actual address, rather than today's version of Sears Master Protection Warranty Service, whose techs work out of their homes and often never make the appointments which you have been assigned by Sear's very, very, off-shore customer service.

Totally frustrated!
Gary the technician called and cancelled the appointment because he doesn't know how to fix air ducts, which is what I needed done. I emphasised it was air duct work needed when making the appointment. Three appointments later and nothing was done. You sent a heater technician, an air condition technician and NO air duct technician. I really don't know how you stay in business. It is most frustrating doing business with Sears. It used to be a wonderful company. You have non English speakers answering calls and making appointments. They don't understand what the customers want fixed. They don't know anything about appliances. When I said air ducts. They kept saying air conditioner. It's too frustrating! No More.

Unacceptable lead time
Appointment lead time are completely unacceptable. If it was not for HAVING to use you through the home warranty, i would not. I will not be recommending Sears Home Services to anyone. Eric J Maines

Did not turn up
Did not turn up. Declined because it was a warranty service and he does not make same money as he was third party. We are paying all money to sears with no good service. Disappointed . This was done even after conforming appointment with sears

unhappy disappointed
the tech showed up and seemed like he was not wanting to do the work. we had an AC problem on a unit that was fixed a month ago and this was a follow up because the unit failed again. the tech said he call dispatch and said he could not work on our work order because the house was larger than 5,000 sf. we have had several repiars through Sear Home Services and no tech has ever mentioned this issue. I asked him to leave as he was not wanting to do his job. not good service nor attitude.

I had a bad customer service experience with this technician. He was not punctual his arrival time kept changing, he did not call or text to inform us that he was on his way. His services was not detailed and thorough, and he seems to take short cuts and not troubleshoot the whole problem. He is also rude and talks back to customers in a disrespectful manner. He left without verifying if the issues had been corrected.
