Ac service

He came to my house to check the AC but he said I can't get inside the Roof because it's too tight!! Then he told the home warranty company that the problem was long time ago so he didn't fix it and lied too. Now I have to fix out of my bucket, He is irresponsible and I do not recommend him.

Very bad service

I am with out AC for 2weeks now. This tech came here twice and when he came first time on 16th of April he did not even submit the report to choice home warranty. He was not able to identify the problem or even explain why the ac is not working , he said he will comeback in 2 hours and he came back again today after 5days to write up the report and he said he submitted the report to choice home warranty. And they will call me in two hours . He did not provide any information on the issue . I called choice home and they said there is some line leak . This tech is not recommended for any clients

Outside unit not working

Well, not a good experience. He seems to be a negative person. All the questions I asked him were negative and he also said if my air condition went out completelyCinch would never replace a new unit. The. Problem was my breaker so he turned on breaker unit worked. Then he wanted to charge me $75.00 to clean the coil outside but I couldn't pay 75 so I told him my husband cleans coil every six months and he said he is going to turn breaker off then. I told him to let me know what breaker button to press so I will know. He said he doesn't remember,!!!!!!!!!!. That was really hurtful when he lied to me.I almost cried. So he left and left the breaker alone, but I know he wrote a bad report on my unit. I never want him coming to my house I want someone else to come next time. He is not very communicable or helpful. I still can't believe he said he couldn't remember what he pressed! My breakers are not labeled.

Not satisfied. He gave me a price for Freon when it wasn't thoroughly checked last week and came and said all kind of other things need to be done. You ask questions or give comments on what he was saying.

Poor follow through from Sears!

If Sears would have called in advance to discuss the issue, you would not have sent a repair person incapable of addressing the issue. Now I am having to wait for an alternate service and make a new appointment. Your tech did help with calling the warranty company to expedite, but should have been an unnecessary step!!

Basic Repair Not Complete

Technician stated he did not have proper tools to complete diagnosis on the first visit. Came back three weeks later to complete repair and stated issue was only loose connections after thinking it was an inoperable circuit board. Said he cleaned the connections. Unit stopped working five days later. Another company came out for servicing. Also found loose wires, but actually tightened the connections. This was a basic repair that should have been addressed on the first visit by Anthony over a month ago.

Terrible behavior and rude

This technician (it was hard to pronounce his name I didn't even ask his name out of nerves) I"ve had so many repairmen come to my house,but this is the rudest one I've ever seen. I will never again invite a sears technician for a job
