Deceptive
On July 18, the tech came over diagnosed the issue and said it wouldn't take long to fix but the part store on Whitten was closed..I called and they were not closed until noon..I live 10 mins away, he also said he will be back Monday July 20, when he left out , automated system texted me seats was coming back 8/4, way too long without air for an issue could have been resolved..it's still not working correctly..there's a delay when ac turns on/ he never tested on/off button etc..not good service

Did nothing
Made up his mind that the mechanism to zone the 2 floors of the house had turned off power to the entire A/C system. Was here at most 10 minutes did nothing to troubleshoot the system itself, power supply, or the thermostat which is also indicating no power, which I told him had been having issues lately by resetting itself. I was away momentarily when he arrived, I spoke with him over my wife's phone, told him I would be back in less than 30 minutes and that I was only 5 minutes away. I finished quicker than expected and was home within 15 minutes of speaking with the repairman. When I arrived my wife said he had left about 5 minutes before I arrived.

Air conditioner
The tech said he had the fan working and that the unit was over heating and to pour water on it. That didn't make sense it couldn't have overheated because it wasn't working. I tried his suggestion and the fan is still not running. I need some one to come back out and fix this unit.

PAID HIM $75 FOR NOTHING!!!
My system was working before he got there, now it's not working... and it's a great advisory and now I hand no AC bcuz of him. My system wasn't turning off, it stayed cool in the house, it wasn't turning off while on auto, but it kept running prior to Michael getting there. He was rushing to get out my house and I asked him was my house still gonna stay cool , he said yes! But now my house feels like a volcano! He took the fuse out my air handler and burnt the wires up, he is not a good tech! I even gave him water and a snack... wish I knew he was gonna do me like this.

no-show appointment
this is not his fault, but no one showed up to my appointment. I don't understand how there's such poor communication and poor management on your teams end. The technician called me mid day and asked what my problem was, and I was extremely confused because I have had a technician visit two times and order parts which are supposed to be installed today. I then received a receipt and alleged forms that I allegedly signed for an appointment that did not take place.

Poor service and non responsive
The technician did not provide any update to me on what work was done. I tried calling him, texting him and even left a voice note, no response. Extremely poor and unprofessional service

Can't give less than one
I had a horrible experience with this man. I had an appointment between 8am and 5pm. He calls at 5:47 and gets here at 6:30. He was here maybe 20 minutes and did absolutely nothing for me and gave no information as to how to proceed. My house is still hot and I wasted a whole day when I didn't need to. I could have gone to work and been home by 5. So he got here late and did nothing. If I could post less than one I would.

Horrible experience
My home is on the market. I had someone there on 6/27 and your technician did not show up by 6 pm and she had to leave. Rescheduled for 7/1 and I drove from Leesburg to be there. He did finally show up. He acted like he didn't know what he was doing. He then told my warranty company that it was pre-existing which it was not. They refused my claim.
