Technician did not show up. Technician Called could not understand everything he said except for do not work on AC, then said something garbled and hung up. Then get text that order was completed. Deductible prepaid. Called Sears very hard to do, keep getting an AI computer.Several calls and hours later. Finally find how to get a human. Still 10 days later and up to 4 so far appointment dates and being billed the pre pay deductible again, Appointments being cancelled by technicians, who are not showing up and getting texted order completed. So now have to start all over again to get appointments and credit for payments ? ?

Technician arrived 30 minutes late and told me he could not work on my unit because the roof was too steep. Sears has worked on this unit previously. Last time in March of 2025 Other sears techs have been good. Not this guy Please never send him again

Tech never called before arrival and didn't show up. Tech said he completed the repair but never rang the camera doorbell. This tech should be reviewed by a Manager. Star rating -10

Unprofessional Conduct by Sears Technician

I requested service for my central air unit and waited the entire day for a technician to arrive. When the Sears technician finally arrived, he displayed anger and belligerence during our interaction. As I began explaining the recurring issues with my unit, he responded by stating he had only received the order a few hours prior and decided to visit my home first. The technician expressed reluctance to complete the work and insisted I needed to call Sears to proceed, citing that it was after hours. I explained that his late arrival contributed to the timing issue and that I was simply seeking to have the unit repaired, even if payment was required, to avoid ongoing problems. While I was on the phone with Sears to resolve the matter, the technician began yelling at me. Feeling unsafe and uncomfortable, I asked him to leave my home immediately.

Your email said you had arrived and I was home all day and you never came. Then I find out ticket was marked complete. Then the home warranty assigns me someone new as they said they couldn't reach you. Also stated you were not familiar with this unit. All a lie. I had another tech I was working with and a part was ordered at the beginning of this process. There is no number to call to even talk to a live person which is no way to do business, I would like to talk with a real person regarding this whole thing .
