Totally Unprofessional!!
James showed up completely unprepared and made no effort to diagnose the issue. My ticket clearly stated that the unit was leaking water into the overflow pan and into the garage, yet his first reaction was to say he needed to go back and grab a nitrogen tank. When he returned, he immediately declared that the repair wouldn't be covered and that I would have to pay—without inspecting anything. I explained that the other unit with the exact same problem had been repaired by a Sears technician six months ago and was fully covered, but he dismissed that entirely and repeated that he "can't do it." His attitude was essentially: pay now or he's leaving. He refused to look at the outdoor unit, refused to check the attic unit, and ignored every attempt I made to explain the situation. He seemed completely disinterested and unprofessional, behaving as if he was forced to be there and looking for the quickest excuse to leave rather than actually provide service. Totally unacceptable and a complete waste of time. It was obvious he had no intention of doing any work, and his dismissive attitude made it clear that simply being here was an inconvenience to him.

Nothing Done
The Tech came out and said there is no leak, Frion is full . Could are dirty to clean them. The AC is still not working nor cooling the house . Charged me $113 . No way forward provided .

Not skilled and rude with customer
The issue is with heat pump outside unit motor. He wrongly diagnosed and replaced the inside unit heat pump furnace motor. Also his communication is very rude with customer. I would not use this technician again

Ac unit
Tech did not fix the issue, he stated that the Freon was low but the type he had with him was the right kind for my unit. So he went in the attic did something and stated he would call back in 1hr to see if the unit was still freezing. It did freeze again but he never called back nor did he answer my calls.

Air conditioner repair
Very unsatisfactory. The technician reported the wrong information to the home warranty company, so they had to send another service provider to clarify the situation, creating delay and wasting my time. You accomplished nothing.

AC work
The technician showed up with no fuses and refused to go get some. He said that we need to contact Choice Warranty again. This is the second technician that shows up with no fuses. Service is very unprofessional.

Horrible
This tech refused to inspect the heat pump. He said he was sent to inspect the HVAC, air handler. He has been to my house before and said that he is not familiar with this system. Do not use him.

Knowing the issue
When knowing the issue but due to the parameters the tech knowingly can't do what is right and make that extra effort to help a customer out. Compressor is on its last leg and showing all the signs that it's going to go out yet nothing will be done. 1 star on the process
