Want to give all 5 starts but its only be a couple of day
he did a great job, very friendly & got right to work. it took only maybe 30min. just hope he checked all items, again its only been a couple of days but so far my AC is working great

Jarvis was polite and I guess he did a thorough job at looking for the problem. He was only here about 15 minutes. The last person was here for an hour and stayed in the "attic" checking out the upstairs unit til he was soaking wet with sweat from the heat! I think he did a very thorough search for the problem.

I appreciate the time spent explaining what could be the reasons for lack of air flow. He checked a few vents, looked at my new air filter and suggested a different one. Looked at the unit inside the house as well. And also suggested I get my air ducts cleaned. R12 he said was not really low after checking unit outside. I will clean the vents and replace the vent covers. I will also look at getting ducts cleaned out.

He said it was an electrical surge which is not right we have not had any bad weather at all I think he just didn't know what else to say .because he couldn't find out what cause the fuse to blow . I am very disappointed in choice home warranty. Better business needs to know about this situation. The supervisor was very rude .

The person said he couldn't make a diagnosis if the problem did not exist. He immediately said it was the filters because they were dirty, without checking the unit because he sees it all the time & was certain this was the problem. He kept on saying how the company wanted them in and out. He made me to believe he was spending too much time at the premises. He barely checked the unit out. He used his meter to show me it was both cooling & heating.

THE COST WAS MUCH HIGHER THAN I REMEMBER IT BEING IN THE PAST FOR THIS AIR CONDITIONING REPAIR!
