DON'T USE THEM
Christopher could not have been more polite and kind. He should never have been sent here. I told the person booking the appointment that the heater was under the house in the crawl space. We had already had two appointments cancelled to the best of my memory. I no longer want to deal with Sears Home Services. Please cancel anything further. If the review had been on ears instead of Christopher it would have been a zero!

Original window was 10-2, and 1st estimated time for arrival was 1:30, then 2:30, then 4:45. Hasib seemed to be sent to support other techs before he could handle my appt. I did get a call at 4, before he came at 4:45, but I wish I had not had to take the entire day off to wait for his arrival. This is a scheduling issue, not his fault. He should have been left to handle his own calls instead of supporting others at calls in Pleasanton, San Ramon, Oakland, Hayward before my call in Fremont! Once at the call, he focused on the AC unit, checked it's condition, cleaned it internally and externally.

i did not like the fact that he said he did not have to open the furnace to check it. he opened it and then he shut back up without doing anything to check the interior of the furnace.

I wish people in general would give a shorter time frame for when they are coming. Working people need this! This has nothing to do with Gilbert, he came in the large window of time the company gave. I wasn't home when he came. My MIL was there. She said he complained that we weren't there and was a little off putting at first. However, anything I could have said was already put on the order request and my MIL knew everything about the problem I knew. He did fix the job in 1 visit. And did not leave a mess behind.
