Very knowledgeable and new what the problem was after I explained how the unit was working. Check on a motor and said had one in Concord CA went there to pick up motor and returned and replaced the motor and other parts . Worked safely and quickly and asked if anything else he could help me with and I said no. He said thank you and departed my house. I would recommend this employee to others.
