The technician was great. What is not great to me, is I get 4 emails, for ratings and receipts x 2, after the service but no actual write up or diagnosis of my system. I don't blame the technician I am sure he is not allowed. But it sucks as the person paying.

Service was provided within the scheduled timeframe and unit is currently working properly. Communication between the service provider and home owner about the upcoming appointment could be better.

AC is now blowing cool air. Technician only checked the unit from the outside, I would have expected a more thorough inspection which would have included the system in the attic to confirm nothing was leaking.

My Technician was great. Communication not so much. I was told my part would be installed on July 1st, 5th, then 8th. I got to work on the 3rd of July parked got a text message telling me that my Technician was on the way. I had to leave work and make it home to meet him. Luckily the installation took about 20 mins. In this day and age people can't afford to miss days of work.
