Fantastic Service, with a Smile!
Solomon arrived within the scheduled time frame, and within 15 minutes, he'd found and resolved the problem (a dead capacitor). He did so in a friendly and focused way, and he didn't mind teaching me a thing or two in the process. I am smarter for having met him!
