I've used Sears multiple times over the last few years, and they have never disappointed. It was no different with Saylor. He came early in the day so I didn't have to wait around. He was courteous, and he quickly repaired the issue with our HVAC. Will definitely recommend and use Sears again.

Mr. Anupinder checked two units inside and outside. I had called for the upstairs' unit. It had been blowing hot air. He established that everything was working ok. During the latest heat wave, the house was hot, and the unit needed more time to cool.
