Wilner was very professional and efficient and thorough..Thank you for doing a great job on our air conditioner. this was the second time we had to have a technician come and repair our air conditioner but it seems Wilner was able to fix the problem.

Colin diagnosed the problem quickly but due to the age of the Caloric cooktop was doubtful if a part could be secured for a 61 year old unit. Referral made to Appliance Pro Service and awaiting approval of Sears Services for a replacement unit if part for old unit can not be found.
