Technician is great. Back office and support need improvemen
Tarek is great everything he can do he did. That being said back office and support need improvement. I requested a call from Tarek's manager and he said my number was passed along. No call was made. Disappointed about that. These all day timelines are awful. Also who ever is in charge of shipping parts needs to learn how to wow a customer. Part comes in after waiting a week. Can't install because it was damaged. Part to replace needs to be expedited. Had to wait another week in this oppressive heat for new part to ship and install. That's unacceptable when it wasn't the customer's fault that the original part was damaged. Those are the things that will keep the customer loyal.

was told by 2 repair services that I had more than enough freon for my system, Tarek found that I had only a small amount. I have been told that my drain line had corrosion and that's what the problem was, Tarek found no issues with it. I'm glad someone finally came to my house to HELP and not just take advantage of 100 degree summers and the fact that I know absolutely nothing about AC. Thank you!
