Excellent customer service, polite and accommodating to needs of client. Set the thermostat to wi-fi and adjusted date and time after restarting AC. I would recommend Sears Home repair 100% .

We were without AC for over a week … outside temp at night was 85 degrees and inside temp was 91 degrees. The first Sears technician was unable to repair the system and incorrectly identified the problem stating that a part was required… which by the way was not ordered. A new technician, Michael, was sent four days later. He correctly identified the problem, repaired it … without a new part and the system had the area cooled to normal shortly thereafter. Thanks Mike!!
