Gary was a pleasure to deal with. He was courteous, humorous and quick in diagnosing and fixing the problem. Explained what he did and gave tips on maintaining the AC system. Wish all techs were like Gary!

Gary was on top of his communication, keeping us informed of his ETA 14 min ahead of his arrival. Promptly followed up explaining the issue and the fix he did with additional maintenance activities needed to be taken care of at our end. Overall excellent customer service and attention to details!

I've had other non-Sears technicians look at my air conditioner and I felt like they never diagnosed the issue correctly. They never took the time to figure out what the underlying problem was and just wanted us to replace the whole unit. Frank was the first one to actually figure out what the issue was.
