Sergio was very professional, arrived on time, throughly explained what he did. He also gave me a detailed report of other issues with my pipes, and suggested that I put in another claim. He was excellent!

Ronald was was very accommodating. Living in a condo building, with my ac unit inconveniently located, he was friendly and considerate about explaining his analysis and solution while I must have asked him a lot of irrelevant questions. (My father was an engineer and I can be annoying.) He gets an A+ for service, assessment, patience, interactivity, and speed of repair. A+++.
