Paulette, was amazing and very helpful and helped me figure out what I needed to do with my air conditioner. to do with my air conditioning unit. She didn't try to over sell me anything I didn't need. Answered all my questions and helped me find answers to my problems. I would highly recommend sears and Paulette for your air conditioning unit problems.
