Elisha quickly changed out the control panel on my oven. Then he went ahead and fixed my dishwasher so I don't have to have another service call next week.

When making the appointment I am afforded the opportunity to enter my product model number and serial number. I did do this. Ibrahim tested and determined which part is defective. Going online with Sears and another parts distributor he finds the model number has NO parts available. Diagnosing is great - yet NO ability to repair. Very frustrating. Who is supposed to verify the model number and ability to repair BEFORE the appointment?
