The technician Kept me informed on his time of arrival. And got right to the Fixing my dryer. Very professional happy with everything thank you again

Frank figured out the problem and got my oven going again. My only suggestion is to give more frequent updates on time of arrival. The website indicated 10:40 am and actual arrival was a few hrs later.
