dishwasher repair
Mike, was very good. Found the original problem of drain hose blocked. Replaced the drain motor which was going out also. Very pleased with his attention to detail.

I think Sears needs better communication. Appts and communication have been miserable. I will probably cancel plan due to 8/23 initial call until 2nd visit today on 9/18. Tech said he couldn't find anything but wiped up water under dishwasher. I am not confident to leave it and hence warranty has been useless. My initial thought was if they could not find source of water it would warrant replacement. I am not gonna wait for a catastrophic leak to replace. Sears didn't meet expectations. I am a real estate broker and deal with customers every day. I would not recommend company but tech was solid.

Charles is a diligent worker and although I don't know if my appliance will work until I defrost the unit, I can't say he helped me fix the problem. But he seemed to know what he was doing.

Jeff was not the first service person that I have encountered in my many years living here. It was a very pleasant experience. He was punctual and treated me like a person who was knowledgeable about appliances. I am a female and have been often treated like I had absolutely no idea of how any appliance worked. If I might need future assistance on any of my appliances, I would call Sears first.
