Kevin truly goes above and beyond. He found additional issues with our oven and drove to Pensacola to get the part since it had been over a month we had been waiting to get our oven fixed. We are so thankful we had a conscientious technician who knew how to diagnose as well as fix our oven. He demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
