Washing Machine diagnostics.
Justin was very thorough and knowledgeable he explained a different parts of the machine that had to be replaced and why. I was very satisfied with his evaluation. My problem is that Sears' Home Service continue to use my wife's name instead of my name which is Raymond Peebles on the receipt and text message. I would appreciate you sending me a receipt with my name on it: Raymond Peebles. I have asked you to change the records many times and it hasn't been done. This makes me skeptical of your company's ability to follow up. Thank you. Please send correct receipt.. Raymond Peebles
