Fixed Bosch Dishwasher issue
Isadore was great! He was professional, knowledgeable, personable, and explained everything that was going during the analysis of the problem and what would be the solution. We really appreciate his service and would definitely request his help again if we ever have another appliance issue.

He was very knowledgeable with the product. He arrived when he said he would and stayed till he finished. I have to wait until tomorrow morning to check to see if the water is gone or coming back, then we will know if he fixed the problem.

Our dishwasher has been having an issue with the water sensor tripping due to a leak. I contacted Sears Home Services and got an appointment right away, first thing the next morning. Rafi, out technician was exactly on time and took the time to diagnose the issue and give me some great information on the problem. He was friendly, courteous and thorough. I appreciate all of the work he put in to help us with our dishwasher issue. We'll definitely reach out to Sears Home Services again if we run in any other issues with our appliances.
