James was the initial repair person who diagnosed the issue. A part was sent. The next repair person thought it was the wrong part so re-ordered. Same part was sent a 2nd time. But James was sent again and recognized that Bosch had made a change and it was the right part and he fixed the dishwasher. Not happy about the call center. Very difficult to find a human being to speak with.

Very thorough. There's a bearing out on the dryer but he can't get the part. I will have to research through the manufacturer. I am able to use the dryer o some settings.
