Scheduling was very easy. And moving my appointment up to the very next morning was even quicker. Repairman arrived on time, with GPS updates, and he was very professional.

I can't say enough good things about Daniel, the Sears technician who repaired my dishwasher. From start to finish, he was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He communicated clearly with me throughout the entire process—keeping me updated on the status of the parts and working around my schedule to ensure everything got done in a timely manner. When he arrived, he was prompt and respectful of my home, and he quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue. It was clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. Thanks to Daniel, my dishwasher is running like new again. Sears is lucky to have such a dedicated and skilled technician on their team! The repairman found the problem which was the supply hose going to the dishwasher. He didn't have the hose on his truck but did show me how to replace the hose. I bought the hose at a local hardware store and finished the repair. I would recommend that your company should have this hose on their truck inventory.
