Julio, the tech, is the only positive in my experience with Sears! He was GREAT! But the lead-up to his visit was disappointing/frustrating/maddening. I made my appointment one week ago for today, 8a-12noon (one week later): easy! I then received at least one to two texts per day confirming the appointment, which I did each time. This morning at 4:43AM, I received yet another text, stating the tech will inform you on the morning what time he/she will arrive. There was no contact. At 11:30, I ATTEMPTED to call Sears to find out what was happening. There was NO REAL PERSON to talk with & the bot choices weren't relative to the no-show. I received a call around 2:00PM from Julio, stating he had received the work order & would be over shortly. Not only were his technical skills excellent., his customer service abilities were exceptional. He should be teaching your AI models! This was one of the most frustrating repair scheduling experiences I have ever had! I am willing to give you more detail, if you want to improve your non-human experience.

Rick was punctual, he was methodical and kept working to find the answer to the problem that made the burner turn off while it was being used. After a very short time he found that the burner had the wrong sized cap and had to order one for us.
