The technitions were great! But we will never use your service again. Do not like the Al . Could never speak to a real person except when they called trying to sell us on a service plan. And 10 times more expensive than any service we have used before!! So I rate your company zero stars

The technician was professional and provided amazing service. Went above and beyond to ensure that he installed the dryer parts and provided recommendation of how to keep it working. He also tried to ensure that he did not damage anything while fixing the dryer. Thank you again for the service.

Sarah was very kindly with scheduling a time to come and look at my dishwasher. They arrived on time identified what parts needed to be purchased. Had the parts shipped directly to me. They saw that the parts arrived so they rescheduled the appointment for earlier at my convenience to get job done.

Antonio had two appliances to deal with today. Hopefully, after three weeks the dishwasher is fixed. The second appliance he needed to evaluate is my oven. Based on the error code on the oven display, he ordered the necessary parts. The problem came in when it was time to schedule installation day. He determined there are no available appointments for 3 weeks. I asked who I could call about this and he said there is no one I could call. Supervisors are not to be called. Who can do without their oven for will end up being 4 weeks?
