William was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Sears scheduling was horrible. It took more than a month from first visit to completed repair. We received email after email citing delays due to parts not received; we continued to respond that the parts were in our possession. We received email after email saying the delay was "per your request." We never made any such request.
