The parts that were ordered by Sears came in broken, however the part that was broke was salvaged from the defective part. I don't understand why it takes better than 65 days to get a part that by all requests are in your parts department. If I bought the part I would have received the part in 7 days by Fed X however Sears cancelled the part once, reordered the part, sent it to Minnesota, reordered the part and informed me that it was on back order. Again your parts department (speaking on the phone) tells me it is in stock and can be Fed X'd to you if I pay for the part and it is not covered under warranty. I still waited over 65 days for the part and then got a broken part. Sears needs to do better with their parts for their customers. and be able to talk to a person not AI.
