Ray was on time, efficient and pleasant. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the necessary parts. He did not have time to wait through a dishwashing cycle to make sure it operated properly. Therefore, I will reserve final judgment until I run the dishwasher and see that it works properly. I do not appreciate and found very frustrating Sears's dependence on AI rather than employ real people. I needed clarification on something and was told there are no live agents - only AI agents. I have no use, nor do I trust any organization that has no one to whom I can speak if I have a problem or need clarification. I had several reschedulings due to the AI phone diagnosis and ordering a part Sears couldn't locate. It turns out that the parts needed had already been sent to me and Ray was able to use those to complete the repair. So because of AI my repair was needlessly rescheduled and I received extra parts that Ray did not need. I also tried to clarify an appointment. AI had the wrong information and I couldn't talk w/ anyone live. The technician was fine - the dependence on AI is not. You need to hire people, provide jobs so that customers can be serviced well.
