We were frustrated - had been waiting since Sept 3 for dishwasher to be repaired, past 2 service calls had been "no shows". He arrived without part. Arranged to meet other tech to get part and complete call. Stayed to run cycle to be sure error code did not come up. Appreciated his initiative and excellent service.
