Our interior, dishwasher racks had rusted with age, but the actual washer was still in great condition. Donald was able to find (no longer made) and replace our racks good as new. Our warranty company would have replaced the whole dish washer, which we appreciate , but we really just wanted new racks and not throw away a perfectly good dishwasher.
