Not sure what is needed here
Service was great today because after at least 5 other technicians coming to my home to service my dishwasher, he finally put an order in to request a replacement. This has been going on since the 2nd week in August and has been quite frustrating with the multiple service calls and parts that were ordered. There were more than 7 service calls scheduled and multiple reschedules because they ran out of hours in the day to get to my home.
