Jakob….very knowledgeable and personable. He definitely knew his stuff and explained the dryer problem very well ( in human terms). Sears is fortunate to have Jakob on-board.

Manuel did well and explained issues well. However, my experience with Sears home warranty services had been a nightmare. This is the second appliance that I have called for and each time, I was provided by vendors who didn't know what they were doing. A lot of wasted time calling and wasted time waiting and diagnosing and NOT ABLE TO FIX. I am not so happy with the choice of vendors and service providers that Sears is contracting with. I am more likely to cancel my warranty contract with Sears …. I am actually considering it.
