Alexander was great!
Alexander was in and out quickly, and when he left, you wouldn't have known he was there. My kitchen looked as it did before my dishwasher broke down. One request of Sears Home Service, please provide a smaller service window than 8am-5pm. Blocking out an entire day for a 30 minute service call seems unreasonable….especially on the day of service….on the day of service, you know the order of service and should be able to provide a smaller window.

The tech arrived at the appointed time. He was very courteous and knowledgeable about the appliance. He explained in detail what the problem is with the dishwasher. He made sure it is working before he left. He also explained Sears Protect Home Warranty in a way I understood and helped me to register for it.
