The technicians did an excellent job of evaluating our problem with an inoperative dishwasher. They could've repaired it in a timely manner and had us up and going shortly, but we decided that the repair cost really was not cost-effective. They then advised us on some of the features that would want with a new dishwasher and gave us a range of suggestions. Extremely helpful, quite professional, and pleasant to have in our home and visit with our family. Personally, I was pleased that their vehicle was well identified, and their uniforms were extremely well kept exhibiting a corporate identity that we don't find too much anymore. At all times they kept us apprised by phone and email of where they were in providing service to our request. a range of time was provided for service and they kept a surprised of how they were processing through other clients to service our order. This proved helpful.

Service with Ron great. Scheduling should change. Its not fair to say between 8 and 5 for service. A good part of the day is wasted waiting for the repair to be made.

Timothy was courteous and friendly in all his communication. He went the extra mile to be sure we understood the problem and why it was difficult to diagnose the cause. He stayed focused on solving the problem, which required two visits; and it appears he found a successful solution. He is an excellent service man.
