Excellent Service!

Gerald from Sears Home Service did an outstanding job repairing my Bosch dishwasher. He quickly diagnosed the leak, explained the issue, ordered the necessary parts and once it arrived he efficiently fixed it without any delay! He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the process. My dishwasher is now working perfectly, and I truly appreciate his expertise. I highly recommend Gerald for any appliance repair needs—great service all around!

He was very efficient and kind and communicated what was going on and how to keep it from happening again and did an excellent job.

Knowledgeable

James was the initial repair person who diagnosed the issue. A part was sent. The next repair person thought it was the wrong part so re-ordered. Same part was sent a 2nd time. But James was sent again and recognized that Bosch had made a change and it was the right part and he fixed the dishwasher. Not happy about the call center. Very difficult to find a human being to speak with.

George was incredibly professional and helpful. I did not know if the issue with the appliance was an easy fix or something more significant and he was able to explain the issue and possible fix with great detail. I appreciated his service and expertise.

What is this 7.5

Very thorough. There's a bearing out on the dryer but he can't get the part. I will have to research through the manufacturer. I am able to use the dryer o some settings.
