Kenneth came to my home this morning to diagnose some dishwasher issues. He came very close when he said he would and was very nice and professional. I recieved a text from Sears at 7:45AM with Kenneth's exprected time of arrival. The only issue I had was with Sears, (not Kenneth) trying to get a smaller window of time (i.e. morning or afternoon) for the visit rather than "9-5". This is important for me to make arrangements with my work. It was impossible to reach Sears by text, e-mail or phone the day prior to the appointment. Other than this, I highly recommend Kenneth.
